What are you going to do

You will become part of the marketing team at ScreenCom. You will primarily conduct research into the customer journey of our buyer personas and investigate the (cultural) aspects that increase or decrease the success rate of the customer journey. You perform CRM analyzes and market research based on desk research, surveys and interviews. You learn to use tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot and advertising tools that will come in handy in your career.

In addition, you will help with the tasks from the marketing planning, like creating content, setting up mailings and supporting the build of new online platforms for our international user groups.

We mainly work with HubSpot for managing all our online platforms,  including emailing, social media posts, advertisement and the CMS for our website for MagicINFO related services, The online knowledge base and support platforms are also all managed in HubSpot. Our ScreenCom company website is built and managed in WordPress.
