What you are going to do

You are the main point of contact for your client portfolio. You maintain these accounts and expand the portfolio. So, you follow up leads for new and existing clients and partners. HubSpot is our software for managing (new) contacts, lead statuses and agendas. With the help of HubSpot, both the management and the marketing teams make data-driven strategic decisions. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will optimise the marketing and sales funnel and ensure maximum lead generation and quality. Customer satisfaction is key, as it provides opportunities for growth for both the client and ScreenCom.

Main responsibilities:

  • Independently contacting customers and partners, mainly by phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers; you are/become a trusted advisor.
  • Keeping customers/partners informed about new products and services.
  • Giving (Online) software demos and training.
  • Own commercial negotiations and contract activities.
  • Stimulate revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Independently making quotations and following them up in the sales funnel.
  • Identify and address any customer concerns to ensure high customer retention.
  • Collect and analyze data to formulate account growth strategies with the (marketing) team for multiple regions and partners.
  • Collaborate with the entire team by actively sharing account feedback to continuously improve our product.
  • Continuously develop own knowledge of our products and services.
  • Independently manage your own agenda.

What we ask

In addition, you are dedicated to deliver in good cooperation the best quality possible, within the frame of time and budget. You also have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Working target-driven, for both ScreenCom and the partners.
  • Stimulating revenue growth and having strong commercial insight for it.
  • Being proactive; a self-starter with a track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Wanting to improve processes based on technical insight and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (and possibly German) in both writing and speaking.
