As a Technical Implementation Engineer at ScreenCom, you will play an important role in enabling our clients to seamlessly integrate our cutting-edge digital signage solutions into their existing environments. You will be responsible for leading and managing the technical implementation process, ensuring seamless integration, user training and software consultancy to achieve an optimal system performance and unwavering client satisfaction.

What you are going to do
As the mastermind of our technical implementation projects, your expertise will be the backbone of our system integrations and configurations. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will not only guarantee client satisfaction but will also be the driving force behind the seamless deployment of our solutions.
ScreenCom is proud to serve both national and international clients, including prominent names like Opel, Yamaha Motors and Bol.com. Your responsibility will be to accurately analyse their requirements, craft detailed technical project plans, manage budgets and oversee and execute with precision.
Your role is essential, acting as the crucial link between our client, our development team and the expected user group. You will provide the necessary input, guidance and inspiration to turn complex demands into first class digital solutions.
What we ask
- A passion for narrowcasting and digital signage technologies
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT, with a proven track record of successful technical implementations.
- Expertise in Gitlab and DTAP (Development Testing Acceptance Production) methodologies.
- Adept project management skills, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to deadlines.
- A strong work ethic, perseverance, and the ability to think outside the box to solve complex technical challenges.
- Craft, maintain and conduct training sessions ensuring client satisfaction and optimising user adoption.
- Good command of English and preferably Dutch communication skills (oral and written).
