The Genesis of ScreenCom
In the beginning
Prior to the inception of ScreenCom, co-founder and CEO, Bastiaan Amsing, honed his creativity as an artist and graphic designer. His journey began with a unique project – blending art with dynamic content on displays. As an artist with a keen eye for innovation, Bastiaan embarked on a quest to convey messages in the most exciting ways.
The discovery
Exploring dynamic displays as a communication medium, Bastiaan understood its potential for businesses and organisations. In his quest for the best displays and comprehensive digital signage software, he discovered Samsung's MagicINFO. Recognising its power early on, ScreenCom soon became the pioneer in deploying the Samsung content management system (CMS) in the Netherlands, marking a significant milestone in its journey.
