At ScreenCom and Blue and Red BV, we have always been driven by a shared vision: to create innovative digital signage and workspace management solutions that transform how organisations visualise and manage their environments. Today, we are proud to announce the strategic merger of our companies, combining ScreenCom's market-leading sales and distribution expertise with Blue and Red's exceptional development and technical capabilities. Moving forward, we will operate under the name ScreenCom Group, uniting our strengths behind a single, powerful brand.

Founded in 2013, ScreenCom established itself as a direct partner of Samsung's digital signage software solutions, building a reputation for excellence in marketing and delivering MagicINFO and VXT platforms. Meanwhile, Blue and Red BV, established in 2013, developed the highly regarded TDM Signage and later partnered with Sony to create TEOS Manage, focusing on technical innovation and superior support services.

Our merger creates a uniquely positioned company with end-to-end capabilities across the digital signage and workspace management spectrum. With our expanded portfolio of four powerful platforms – MagicINFO, VXT, TEOS and TDM – we can now offer truly comprehensive solutions for any environment or requirement under the ScreenCom Group banner.

This union enables us to respond more effectively to evolving market demands, including higher customer expectations and emerging technologies like AI. With our development team in Leeuwarden and our sales and marketing expertise in Stadskanaal, we are perfectly positioned to provide tailored solutions with unmatched speed and precision.
